FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology for treating extensive urethral defects. When prefabricating use a buccal mucosa is used with a transition to the lip and then to another cheek in a rectangular shape, the defect is sutured. Flap is cleaned of adipose tissue and glandular elements. On the inner surface of the forearm, an upper layer of the dermis is removed in accordance with the flap area. Flap is adapted to the radial area and fixed to the skin. After 1.5 months, the affected area of the urethra is removed. Diastasis of the urethra is replaced by a prefabricated, tubularized radial flap on microvascular anastomoses.
EFFECT: method excludes the possibility of hair growth inside neo-urethra with the formation of urethral concretions.
