SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology. Distal portion of the urethra is elongated. Urethra is elongated by a tubularized graft from a decellularised artery treated with a stromal-vascular fraction of adipose tissue enriched with blood plasma thrombocytes.
EFFECT: method enables effective correction of hypermobility and ectopia of the urethra and minimized length of rehabilitation, improved immediate and remote results of the surgical treatment.
