FIELD: jersey and knitting production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for production of pilled jersey cloths by method of sinking knitting and can be used in manufacture of fleece for jersey goods for various purposes: thermal underwear, overclothes and sportswear, home textiles, and insulation. Method includes knitting a circular web of texturized microfilaments polyester yarn of linear density from 8.4 to 16.7 tex with a number of filaments at least 36; boiling in aqueous solution of soda ash in presence of, g/l: 0.5–1.0 of complexing agent; 0.5–1.0 of anti–breakdown agent; 0.2–0.3 of sulfo-ethoxylate of sodium and 0.8–1.2 of oxyethylated branched higher fatty alcohols of C11-C13 series with a degree of oxyethylation of 5–10; dyeing; treatment with a softener; spinning; drying; manipulations of cutting a circular web, extrusion and thermal stabilization at 120–130 °C; napping; treatment on brushing machine; cropping; successive heat treatment with steam and hot air with simultaneous shaking of web and after-treatment. In this case, treatment with softener is carried out for 20–30 minutes at a temperature of 45–50 °C and concentration of 1.5–2.5 % from the web weight.
EFFECT: improving service properties of fleece jersey cloths and expanding range of domestic pilled jersey materials.
