FIELD: textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry and can be used in production of high-stretch circular knitted fabrics for a wide range of sportswear and bathing suits. Method involves knitting a dowlas of elastic polyurethane threads at their tension of 0.04–0.05 N and non-elastic polyester or polyamide threads, finishing by heat treatment, boiling, dyeing and thermal stabilization. After crocheting, the fabric is cut additionally along the dividing row and the produced fabrics are placed in the "book". Thermal treatment is carried out with simultaneous application of polyvinyl acetate glue on edges of canvases, and decoction is carried out in two stages: first step with composition containing, g/l: antifoaming agent 0.3–0.5; wetting agent 0.8–1.2; copolymer of n-butylacrylate, glycidyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid in ratio of 8015:5, respectively 0.4–0.6; calcined soda 0.8–1.2; water up to 1 l, the second stage of the brewing is performed with the composition containing, g/l: oxyethylated fatty acids of the range C9-C15 with degree of oxyethylation of 5–9 0.3–0.5; calcined soda 0.8–1.2; water up to 1 l.
EFFECT: improved operational properties of stretchable circular knitted fabric by reduction of its shrinkage along length and width, increase of air permeability and stability of coloring to washing, sweat, dry and wet friction.
