FIELD: textile and paper.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry and can be used in production of pile warp knitted wares from polyester fibers with printing patterns based on disperse dyes. Method includes knitting of double web connected by drawing, from textured polyester micro filament threads of linear density from 7.6 to 9.2 tex with number of filaments 36 for formation of soil system of webs and linear density from 11.5 to 15.4 tex with number of filaments 192 to form a pile cover, cutting of double web through the braces and finishing of obtained single webs, including scratching and flaking of front pile side, heat treatment of cloths, printing of pile side with paint containing, g/kg: disperse dye – 5.0–20.0; thickening agent – 35.0–45.0; triethanolamine – 10.0–30.0; oxyethylated alkylamines of series C14-C18 with degree of oxyethylation of 8–10 – 5.0–10.0; oxyethylirated branched high fatty alcohols of row C15-C17 with degree of oxyethylation of 11–13 – 5.0–15.0; oxidizing agent – 5.0–10.0; water – up to 1,000. Drying, heat fixing of paint, washing, dressing, re-drying, napping of the back side, carding of the front and back sides, flaring of the front and back sides, weaving of the back side and final finishing of the cloths. At that heat fixation of paint is carried out at temperature 180–190 °C for 3–6 minutes.

EFFECT: improved operational properties of pile knitted fabrics of polyester fibers by increasing resistance to pilling, intensity of painting, depth of painting of pile cover and clarity of printed patterns, as well as increased resistance of colors to washing, sweat and dry friction.
