FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrofining of petroleum fractions. Described is a method for hydroprocessing conducted by contacting a feedstock with a catalyst system, in the first stage – with a catalyst at the content of components, wt%: cobalt oxide – 3.5–6.0; molybdenum oxide 14.0–20.0; phosphorus oxide 0.5–0.8; aluminum oxide – up to 100; in the second stage – products obtained in the first stage with a catalyst at the content of components, wt%: nickel oxide 4.0–6.0; tungsten oxide 16.0–21.0; phosphorus oxide 0.4–0.6; aluminum oxide – up to 100. Hydrocarbon feedstock of the first stage is a mixture of a straight-run diesel fraction (SRDF) with a light gasoil catalytic cracking (LGCC) in volume ratio of the SRDF : LGCC from 30:70 to 5:95. In the first stage, the temperature is 340–400 °C, in the second stage the temperature is 300–340 °C, at other identical conditions in both stages: pressure of 3.0–5.0 MPa, volumetric feed rate of 3.0–4.0 h-1, multiplicity of hydrogen-containing gas circulation of 300–600 nm3/m3 of the feedstock. Described is a method for producing said catalysts.

EFFECT: technical result is the production of a diesel fuel component of Class 5 according to the requirements of the Technical Regulations on sulfur content and cetane number.
