FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for combined hydrotreatment of triglycerides of fatty acids and oil diesel fractions on sulfide catalysts in order to obtain low-sulfur diesel fuel with improved low-temperature characteristics and can be used in oil refining industry. Described is a method of producing low-sulfur diesel fuel during hydrotreatment of a mixture of triglycerides of fatty acids and straight-run diesel fractions in two series-connected reactors, in the first of which performing hydrodeoxygenation of triglycerides of fatty acids on sulfide Mo/Al2O3 catalyst, and in the second one – hydrotreatment of oil stock and hydroisomerisation of alkanes; reactions of the second step are carried out using a sulfide NiMo catalyst on a support which is a composition of aluminum oxide and silicoaluminophosphate SAPO-11. Reactions of hydrofining of oil stock and reaction of hydroisomerisation of alkanes at the second stage are carried out at temperature 360–390 °C, pressure of hydrogen 4.0-7.0 MPa, volumetric rate of raw material 1.0–2.0 h-1, hydrogen / raw material ratio 600–1,000 Nm3/m3. Content of fatty acid triglycerides in the straight-run diesel fraction is 15–30 wt%.
EFFECT: low turbidity temperature of products of combined hydrotreatment of triglycerides of fatty acids and oil diesel fractions into low-sulfur diesel fuel.
