SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the equipment having a personal protective system suitable for carrying on the wearer's shoulders. Outfit comprises shoulder bag (2) having two shoulder belts (4) and at least one first upper compartment (6) accessible from the outside via first operated locking means (8). Bag (2) comprises front ballistic bag (10) disposed in first compartment (6), so that it can be pulled outwardly through first locking means (8) by extraction handle (12) fixed to one of the edges of bag (10). On the second edge opposite the first between front ballistic bag (10) and shoulder bag (2), there are two connecting elements (18) located at a distance from each other to ensure the passage of the user's head. In this case, in a closed position at a distance from each other to ensure the passage of the user's head from the closed position,at that front ballistic bag (10) is inserted into first compartment (6), handle (12) projects through locking means (8) and is accessible to the user without having to remove shoulder bag (2) from its shoulders, to the protection position, where front ballistic bag (10) is pulled out from first compartment (6) and faces shoulder bag (2) in such a way that it acquires a configuration for closing at least the vital organs of the user and further comprises sealing means (20), that connects front ballistic bag (10) with shoulder bag (2) so that first compartment (6) can change its size between the enlarged size when the equipment is in the closed position, and a reduced size when the equipment is in the protection position.

EFFECT: compression of the released volume is provided to improve mobility and dexterity of the user and as a consequence of his personal safety.
