FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Retracting brace for supporting spinal action of the patient is equipped with a pelvic belt, a rigid retracting bar and two separate tensioning shoulder belts. Each shoulder belt, passing from the caudal portion of the retracting bar in the upward direction, forms the shoulder belt portions in the ipsilateral region, and then they pass through the guide lugs in the reverse direction to the cranial portion of the retracting bar, where they intersect at the central dorsal intersection point, and from there extend contralateral in the downward direction, where they intersect in the lateral thoracic intersection points with the corresponding ipsilateral ascending belt, and then go to the ventral ends of the belts, which are directly fixed by tension on the ventral portion of the pelvic belt.
EFFECT: invention provides a support effect along the entire length of the spinal column up to the pelvis with the possibility of local adjustment, easily and effectively put on by the patient.
