FIELD: devices for bottling, emptying or pouring liquids.
SUBSTANCE: device for dispensing a carbonated beverage, in particular beer, comprises housing (1) with inlet passage (2) for the liquid, chamber (4) with valve body (3) interacting with valve seat (7) and sideways outlets (10). Valve body (3) is slidably mounted in opening (9) at bottom of housing (1). Valve stem (6) can be actuated by the bottom of the cup so that body (3) allows the beverage to pass through chamber (4) with its outlet through outlets (10). Feature of the device according to the invention is the presence of throttling means (20), which can be manually adjusted to partially close outlets (10).
EFFECT: due to this, the degree of foaming in the beverage can be adjusted in accordance with the desire and according to the type of beverage.
