SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to computer engineering and can be used for automatic device recovery. Method comprises steps of: receiving a fault detection request sent by an intelligent device, wherein the fault detection request carries a current value of a pre-set parameter item of the intelligent device; according to a correlation between pre-set value feature and fault recovery information, acquiring first fault recovery information corresponding to the first value feature, if it is determined, according to the correlation, that at least one current value of at least one pre-set parameter complies with a first value feature in the correlation; and sending the first fault recovery information to the intelligent device, so that the intelligent device performs automatic recovery according to the first fault recovery information.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of automatic recovery of an intelligent device.
