Requesting for information about the SIM-card contains, at least, one network ID; accepting identity information and encryption data of the first SIM-card, sent by the server, wherein the first SIM-card refers to a wireless network, the first network ID from the list, comprised of, at least, one network ID; connecting with the wireless network, the first network ID using identifying information and encryption data of the first SIM-card, and transferring information. To determine the state of roaming, the network identifier of the SIM-card used is compared with all received network identifiers.
