FIELD: cosmetic industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of cosmetics. First invention represents a composition for use as a deodorant and/or antiperspirant in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, which contains in a cosmetically acceptable carrier: A) continuous aqueous phase; B) an oil phase dispersed in an aqueous phase and comprising at least one hydrocarbon-based oil; C) at least one mixture consisting of: i) at least one nonionic surfactant, and ii) at least one fatty alcohol or mixture consisting exclusively of fatty alcohols containing at least 16 carbon atoms; D) candelilla and/or beeswax in amount of 1 to 10 wt. %; E) at least one water-soluble starch; composition has viscosity from 1,500 to 12,000 mPa · s; composition contains at least one antiperspirant and/or deodorant active component. Group of inventions also relates to a cosmetic process for the care of human keratinous materials, a cosmetic process for reducing sweat flow and to a cosmetic process for masking, absorbing, improving and/or reducing an unpleasant odor, comprising applying said composition; and to a dispenser for storage and application of said composition.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides creation and use of compositions of deodorants and/or antiperspirants, which are stable and providing good efficiency, while preserving dry, soft, non-wetting and non-sticky sensation.
