Method of applying the building material comprises mixing from about 0.5 h to about 1 h of blast furnace slurry material, from about 0.1 h to about 0.5 h of a geopolymer material, from about 0.2 h to about 2 h of alkali and from about 1 h to about 1.35 h of sand in a metering and mixing device associated with the vehicle to produce a non Portland cement based material; moving material other than Portland cement from a metering and mixing device through a conduit to a portable gun configured to receive material other than Portland cement from a metering and mixing device, wherein the portable gun includes a container configured to directly receive material other than Portland cement from the vehicle; transferring material not on the basis of Portland cement from the container through a hose to a nozzle designed to be held by the operator; combining the transferred material not on the basis of Portland cement with liquid in the nozzle to produce a partially liquefied material other than Portland cement; pneumatic application of partially fluidized material not on the basis of Portland cement to the surface using a nozzle.
EFFECT: strong bonding of the coating to the vertical surface, hardening of the coating for 3 days exceeding the compressive strength of 50 N/mm2.
