FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to construction of geogrids, and can find application in road construction, in particular for strengthening earthen slopes, especially having a sufficiently large angle of inclination, as well as to strengthen coastal lines and channels of reservoirs, and some other areas of construction, requiring increased stable indicators for the strength and longevity of the geogrid for strengthening slopes. Workpiece for a cellular volumetric non-welded seamless geogrid is made of a polymer tape of a given thickness t, provided with cuts arranged in rows R1, R2…Rn with the displacement of the cut lines. Foregoing blank is characterized by performing cuts in the form of a triangular denticle having lateral and forming sides, or a combination of triangular teeth, which are a serrated sawtooth profile, with the angle of the triangular tooth at its base γ in the range from 20 to 175° at a ratio of the cut length of the serrated sawtooth profile constituting the length of the generatrix of the triangular tooth side or the total length of the forming sides of the serrated sawtooth profile, to the thickness of the band t equal to 1:(100–600). Number of triangular teeth in the section of the serrated sawtooth profile is from 1 to 40, and the displacement of the cut lines is characterized by the ratio of the lengths of the cut lines equal to 1:(0.3–0.9).
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing strength of the billet to produce a universal, non-welded, volumetric seamless geogrid for strengthening the tear-off slots and, accordingly, an ungainly volumetric seamless geogrid as a whole.
