FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction materials industry, namely to the dry building mixtures, which are used in industrial and civil construction when installing the floor screeds, manufacturing of floor slabs, carrying out plastering works. Dry construction mixture for the production of underlying layers of the floor and the main plaster layer, repair and sealing of the joints of walls and ceilings of the buildings contains, wt. %: mineral binder 25.1–26.1; sand mixture 73.7–74.6; plasticizer DA-1130 – the rest being. Mineral binder contains, wt. %: granulated blast furnace slag 57–60; slag, which is granulated from the converter sludge 14–18; gypsum stone or powder-like highly hydraulic construction lime 15–20; portland cement clinker 8–10. Sand mixture contains, wt. %: quartz sand of medium size fraction 2–2.5 mm 92–90; granulated blast furnace slag 2.5 mm 8–10. Granulated blast-furnace slag is ground to the specific surface of at least 4,100 cm2/g. Granulated slag from converter sludge is ground to the specific surface of at least 4,300 cm2/g.
EFFECT: increased adhesion properties and strength when bending the frozen solution on the basis of a dry construction mixture while maintaining quality characteristics.
