FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, namely to compositions of low-clinker unburnt binding materials and can be used in production of mortars, concrete mixes. Binding agent includes, wt %: milled granulated blast furnace slag 48.3-56.0, milled converter slag 8.4-13.2, phosphogypsum 35.6-38.5, Portland cement clinker 5% of the sum of said components.

EFFECT: increased strength of binding agent in conditions of natural hardening, reduction of heat conductivity.
