SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used to detach/attach polishing disk to a hand grinder. Device comprises a body of a grinder with a rotating shaft, an energy transfer member having gripping protrusions, a hexagonal column clamped on a rotating shaft of the grinder body with a fastening bolt. Cover housing with a hexagonal hole is provided for body the power transmission member, a pair of upper and lower turn plates on the upper end of the plug housing and a disk holder having an upper locking ring and a lower support plate integrated with the power transmission member. Housing of the plug is combined with a pair of safety switches arranged to move up and down on the compensation plates, and the upper and lower turn plates are combined with a pair of rotary switches.

EFFECT: as a result, the polishing disc is quickly detached/attached, eliminating its separation from the grinder during operation and reducing vibrations.
