FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has reservoir body having some stored amount of powder and inhalation tube. Driving casing for rotating reservoir body has upper recesses and two spring rods in lower driving recesses. Rotating measuring plate delivers measured portion of powder from powder storage to the inhalation tube having its lower side provided with ribs. Gas-proof holder is welded to the ribs. Springy movement of the measuring plate towards reservoir body takes place in the holder. Nozzle has wedge-like ribs welded to the upper recesses of the driving casing and having output tube with vertical recesses. Adapter is not rotatable relative to the measuring plate. It has two locking recesses for receiving spring rods to make locking engagement and two screw paths for cams having square cross-section. Closing cap covers the driving casing having filling ribs displacing the spring rods from the locking recesses entering into the locking recesses for setting the driving casing in rotation and two cams moving along the paths. The base is unrotatably connected to the measuring plate. Counting means is rotatably mounted on the base. It has rotating counter rings enabling one to visually count the number of powder doses left and locking unit engageable with ring teeth in the counting means to set them in rotation. The locking unit has external wall, latch and latch spring molded as single piece. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 33 cl, 90 dwg
