The cartridge for the aerosol generating device comprises: a first container; a wick located in the first container and having a cavity in the form of an evaporation channel extending in the longitudinal direction of the wick; and a heater located between the inner surface and the outer surface of the wick. The wick comprises an evaporation channel formed by the inner surface of the wick, and a groove deepened relative to the inner surface of the wick so that it allows the heater access to the inner part of the wick.
