FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, to exercise therapy, and can be used to rehabilitate patients after arthroscopic operations on the shoulder joint with regard to the rupture of the rotator cuff of the shoulder. In the period of immobilization from the second day after the operation, perform daily exercise therapy with dynamic controlled muscle tension, which is continued after the abolition of immobilization with a frequency of 5 times a week for 4 weeks. Additionally, 4–5 procedures per week of thin-layer pelotherapy for 15–20 minutes are performed on the area of the operated joint, and 10–12 procedures per course.
EFFECT: method provides for an increase in the effectiveness of complex restorative treatment by reducing the terms of restoring the full volume of movements in the operated joint, improving the physical condition and quality of life.
