FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended for minimally invasive surgical treatment of rotator arthropathy of the shoulder joint. The method includes preoperative measurement of the distance between the apex of the neck of the scapula and the upper surface of the greater tubercle, the formation of arthroscopic ports to the shoulder joint, subacromial decompression. An autograft of the tendon of the long peroneal muscle is taken. The tendon is folded in a V-shape, leaving an allowance of 1 cm to the length of the prepared autograft, stitched with a non-absorbable suture material with a tendon suture in the region of the top of the V-shaped autograft. Each stem of the autograft is also stitched in the direction from the lateral edge of the base of the stem along the autograft at a distance of 1/3–1/2 from the length of the V-shaped autograft with the transition to adjacent parts of the stems, stitching them together and removing the free end of the suture material in the same stem. The free ends of the suture material are left both at the top of the V-shaped autograft and at the base of its legs. The autograft is pulled through the prepared arthroscopic ports into the subacromial space and fixed with knotless anchors on the upper surface of the articular process of the scapula to the greater tubercle of the humerus.
EFFECT: method provides increased efficiency and reduced traumatism of surgical treatment of rotator arthropathy of the shoulder joint due to the optimal selection and specific preparation of the autograft for implantation.
