FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of hydrocracking catalysts for hydrocarbon feedstocks. Hydrocracking allows to convert high-boiling hydrocarbon fractions of oil into more valuable products – diesel and jet fuel, kerosene, gasoline and motor oils. Process is carried out at high temperatures 250–450 °C and pressures of 5–30 MPa in an excess hydrogen environment using a catalyst or catalyst package. Hydrocracking of hydrocarbon raw materials allows simultaneously to increase the depth of oil refining and improve the environmental performance of motor fuels, namely, to reduce the content of sulfur and aromatic compounds. Most valuable product of hydrocracking is the diesel fraction. Strict requirements for the quality of petroleum products make it necessary to look for more efficient hydrocracking catalysts. Present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a hydrocracking catalyst, which is a combination of active compound oxides (nickel and molybdenum, phosphorus) with amorphous aluminosilicate. Aim is achieved by the fact that the method for preparing the hydrocracking catalyst of a hydrocarbon feedstock comprises a one-step impregnation of a calcined amorphous aluminosilicate carrier on water absorption by a stabilized solution containing simultaneously molybdenum and nickel compounds, while the solution is stabilized by the addition of orthophosphoric and organic acids. Organic acids are a mixture of citric and oxalic acid.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce a hydrotreating catalyst for petroleum fractions with high mechanical strength and catalytic activity and low residual sulfur in the hydrogenate.
