SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, specifically to dermatology, and can be used for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers (DFU), pressure ulcers, venous leg ulcers and associated complications. To this end, a composition comprising pentameric type A procyanidin at a concentration ranging from 55 wt% to 99 wt%, trimeric procyanidin at a concentration ranging from 0.5 wt% to 35 wt%, and tetrameric procyanidin at a concentration ranging from 0.5 wt% to 35 wt% is administered.
