FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for sealingly closing a bottle, that comprises the steps of providing a frame, a sealing stopper and a casing, connect the stopper with the frame and the frame with the shell to obtain a pre-assembled closure assembly, leveling the closure at the bottle opening and pressure applications for sealingly closing the bottle, with the annular protrusion of the frame coming into contact with the bottle before the stopper comes into contact with the bottle. Pre-assembled closure assembly is pressed directly onto the bottle rim without performing an intermediate step during which the stopper is partially inserted into the opening of the bottle.
EFFECT: method for sealingly closing a bottle and associated with it sealingly closed bottle are proposed.
