FIELD: desintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the jaw crusher, namely to the attached to the jaw crusher jaw (101) by means of a clamping device (10) wearing part (107, 107') tightening degree adjustment. Clamping device comprises screw (11) by the first end (11') fastened to the located on the jaw first side wearing part. Clamping device includes clamping element (17), attached to the screw second end (11ʺ) from the jaw second side, and located between the jaw and the clamping element spring (15). Spring is compressed and released by means of the clamping element. Acting on the spring (15) by at least two movable screws (18) supported by the clamping element (17) frame, and changing the spring length by the said at least two movable screws rotation. Clamping element (17) comprises screw, which is made with possibility to be fixed by the first end (11') to the located on the jaw first side wearing part. Clamping element (17) is arranged with possibility of connection to the screw second end (11ʺ) so, that the spring (15) remains between the jaw and the clamping element on the jaw second side. Clamping element (17) comprises a frame and at least two supported by the frame movable screws (18) for the spring (15) length adjustment. Clamping device (10) comprises clamping element (17) for the wearing part (107, 107') tightening degree adjustment, fastened by the screw (11) to the jaw crusher jaw (101). Jaw crusher comprises clamping device (10). Mineral material processing plant contains jaw crusher.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the jaw crusher operation efficiency.
