FIELD: desintegrators and crushing devices.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the jaw crusher, namely to the tension of spring, which loads the connecting rod therein. Spring compression and release is performed as follows. In the one point the connecting rod is supported by the jaw crusher pendulum, and in the other point is by the jaw crusher frame by means of a spring. Spring is installed so, that the spring first section (107') adjoins attached to the jaw crusher frame the first spring support (122), and the spring other section (107ʺ) adjoins supported by the connecting rod the second spring support (112). Second spring support is moved relative to the connecting rod. Second spring support (112) is made with possibility of the tension device (110) support part and at least two supported by the support part movable screws (114-114'''') action on it. Supporting the support part by means of connecting rod (105) using the retainer. Rotating supported by the support part at least two movable screws to change the distance between the spring second support and the support part. Spring tensioning device (110) comprises the spring second support (112) configured to be supported by the spring. Tensioning device (110) includes support part, supported by the support part at least two movable screws and configured to act on the spring second support (112), and retainer for the support part supporting by means of connecting rod (105), wherein the distance between the spring second support and the support part is variable by supported by the support part at least two movable screws rotation. Jaw crusher contains pendulum and separating plate. Pendulum is supported on the crusher frame by means of separating plate. Jaw crusher includes fixed between pendulum and frame connecting rod (105), spring (107) for the connecting rod loading and the pendulum with connecting rod pulling closely to the separating plate, spring first support (122) attached to the jaw crusher frame. Spring (107) is installed so, that the spring first section (107') is located immediately adjacent to the spring first support (122). Jaw crusher comprises tensioning device (110) comprising the spring second support (112), immediately adjacent to which the spring second section (107ʺ) is installed. Mineral material processing plant contains jaw crusher.

EFFECT: enabling increase in the jaw crusher operation efficiency.
