SUBSTANCE: usage for measurement of phospholipids in sunflower lecithin. Summary of the Invention is that andthe mitigator of signals of free precession of nuclear magnetic resonance and spin echo from oil and phospholipids in sunflower lecithin includes PMS-5000 polymethylsiloxane liquid with spin-spin relaxation time of 130–160 ms in amount of 1.39–3.75 g, polyethylsiloxane liquid of PES-5 brand with spin-spin relaxation time of 30–40 ms in an amount of 0.35–0.94 g and natural latex with spin-spin relaxation time of 2–4 ms in amount of 2.68 g.

EFFECT: ensuring ability to accurately reproduce shape of envelope signals of spin echo of oil protons and phospholipids in sunflower lecithin.
