FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for calibration and verification of NMR-analyzers for quantitative determination of content of phospholipids in soya bean lecithin. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that simulator of free precession of nuclear magnetic resonance and spin echo from oil and phospholipids in soya bean lecithin includes PMS-5000 grade polymethylsiloxane liquid with spin-spin relaxation time of 130–160 ms in amount of 1.03–1.37 g, PES-5 grade polyethylsiloxane liquid with spin-spin relaxation time of 30–40 ms in amount of 0.30–0.34 g and natural latex with spin-spin relaxation time of 2–4 ms in amount of 3.0 g.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling possibility of reproducing shape of signals of spin echo of oil protons and phospholipids with high accuracy.
