SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement equipment, in particular to the pulsed NMR spectrometers calibration means, and can be used to determine the oleic acid content in the sunflower seeds oil. Invention represents the oil with the oleinic acid in sunflower seeds various weight fraction protons nuclear magnetic resonance free precession and spin echo signals simulator, which is two silicone organic fluids mixture: silicone organic fluid with protons spin-spin relaxation time of 200±10 ms 25.0–87.5 wt.% and silicone organic fluid with the protons spin-spin relaxation time of 130±10 ms 75.0–12.5 wt.%.

EFFECT: claimed ratios of the said silicone organic fluids enable the ability to simulate the protons spin echo signals envelopes of the sunflower seed oil with the oleic acid weight fraction in the range from 37 to 89 %; simulator can be used in the standard measures manufacturing for the oil content and seeds moisture NMR analyzers calibration and verification.
