FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: heat exchanging device with the lined furnace for the solid and loose fuels, and waste processing into thermal energy relates to devices for the solid and loose fuels, including waste, simultaneous or separate processing into the thermal energy, with different humidity and calorific value in the heat exchanging device furnace in continuous mode, with reduction of the thermochemical reaction products emissions and the generated heat energy entrainment by the balanced amount of air intake. Heat exchanging device with the fuel supply hopper at the top has minimum amount of the heat transfer to reduce its heating costs. In the furnace filled volume high temperature conducting accumulators and channels for the air supply provide the maximum possible area and the fuel of different degrees of humidity and calorific value combustion or pyrolysis intensity. Adjusting doors and the slide allow the combustion modes establishment with pyrolysis or pyrolysis with the combustible gases depletion for the used fuel all calorific properties most complete use. Grates with holes and high temperature accumulators with air intake channels allow the fuel with air mixing, gases movement throughout the furnace volume and the required temperature mode. Increase in the heat exchanging device power and efficiency due to the heat exchange enhancement is achieved by all the heat exchange surfaces finning in the form of metal ribs periodically integrally joined together with their body. Heat exchanging device service life extension is achieved by the presence in the combustion chamber of accumulating, active and ribbed lining for the heat-receiving elements protection against the aggressive processes in the furnace harmful effects. Installation of exposed to the high temperatures heat exchanging device elements onto the heat-receiving elements with the heat carrier allows to provide their long working capacity with the design preservation. Formed in the furnace smoke and pyrolysis gases are advanced through the afterburning chambers cascade, where they are mixed with the incoming from the distribution chamber air and are oxidized, and after the heat energy transfer they exit into the chimney.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the furnace adjustable power with the most complete recycling of all the calorific values of the used as fuel materials with the device certain dimensions and harmful emissions into the atmosphere reduction, and also to enable the heat exchanging device elements protection against aggressive chemical effects and destructive temperatures, occurring in the furnace during the fuel into thermal energy processing.
