FIELD: thermal power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to furnace heating systems based on solid fuel furnaces, and can be used to create simple heating systems with improved technical and operational characteristics. The long-burning furnace contains a hopper with a loading door, a door for ignition, a grate, an ash pan with an ash box, an inlet air duct with a damper, a gas window in the lower part of the hopper connected to a heat exchange cavity, consisting of an afterburner chamber and gas channels connected to the outlet gas channel, a smoke damper and a chimney connected to the outlet gas duct. The afterburner is divided by a partition into two horizontal cavities, located one above the other, and is provided at the outer side wall with a reflector, through the hole in which the lower horizontal cavity communicates with the upper horizontal cavity. The lower horizontal cavity is connected to the gas window of the bunker, and the upper one is connected to the gas channels, inside which plug-in containers are placed. The total flow area between the inner walls of the gas channels and the outer walls of the plug-in cavities is equal to the flow area of the chimney. The upper part of the bunker communicates with the outlet gas channel through the smoke damper.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the furnace, expansion of the range of generated powers, increase in the duration of combustion, and an increase in operational safety.
