SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical equipment. Invention is explained by the interaction scheme of relay protection and automation (RPA) software and hardware complex and automatic power information and fiscal metering station (APIAFMS), which contains located at the 35/10 kV transformer substation the FLS 1 device, the relay protection and automation equipment microprocessor device (terminal) RPA 2, the 10 kV bus 3, 10 kV feeder switch 4 and the APIAFMS general substation control cabinet 5 with GSM modem 6, participating, like the rest of GSM modems, in the FAAR cycle, and the data acquisition and transmission devices (DATD) 7, as well as the 10/0.4 kV package transformer substation 8 with GSM modem 9, by the data acquisition and transmission device (DATD) 10 and the APIAFMS power metering counters 11, made with control terminals 12, the main switchboard 13 with the GSM modem 14, data acquisition and transmission device 15 and the APIAFMS power metering counters 16, the network sections control center 17 with the GSM modem 18, and the database server 19. With the frequency decrease, command from the FLS 1 device for the 0.4 kV load disconnection is transmitted to the 10/0.4 kV network, in the form of the supply voltage drop with specified duration by switching-off and switching on according to the commands of the RPA 2 terminal of the 10 kV feeder switch 4, connected to the 10 kV buses 3. FAAR command for of the load reclosing is realized in the APIAFMS equipment system SHC.

EFFECT: automatic frequency load shedding (FLS) in the power supply power distribution network control method allows to achieve the technical result, which consists in the FLS quality control improvement taking into account of the electric consumers priority change dynamics and of their total current capacity monitoring and reducing the damage caused by the power supplies sudden disconnection and keeping the most important electric consumers in operation.
