SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the gas industry, specifically to the natural gas (LNG) liquefaction technologies. Liquefied natural gas under conditions of the gas distribution station production method includes preliminary gas purification, gas preheating, gas expansion in the turboexpander, gas liquefaction within the liquefying natural gas cycle with the embedded expander and flash-cycle, gas storage in the tank farm. Turboexpander useful power is used for the electrical energy generation. After expansion in the turboexpander, the gas flow is divided into process gas for liquefaction, which is sent to the natural gas liquefaction cycle with the embedded expander and flash cycle, and production, intended for supply to the consumer, which after additional heating is odorized and sent to the gas distribution system outlet. Vapor phase discharge from the LNG tank farm to the condensate collector is performed in the next after the flash cycle.
