FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas industry, specifically to LNG production technologies at gas distribution stations (GDS). Complex of liquefaction of natural gas on GDS is connected to the main gas pipeline and is executed in a form of interconnected functional blocks, contains filtration, drying, demercuration and gas cleaning, cryogenic unit, power supply units, turbo-electric generator and turbo-expander-compressor unit, as well as a vapor recovery unit and storage unit. Pipeline of natural gas supply after passing the filtration, drying and demercuration units is divided into two: a production flow pipeline and a pipeline of an expander flow. Cryogenic block consists of two liquefaction units: first and second, containing heat exchangers, production separator and blocks for low-temperature separation of the expander and/or production flows of natural gas. Low-temperature separation units are designed to limit the concentration of heavy hydrocarbons in both the natural gas production stream and the expander.
EFFECT: higher quality of LNG while increasing its productivity.
