FIELD: space equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space transport (cable) systems for the faceless movement of goods in near space. Main lift module (MLM) of the space elevator system (SES) is located in the neighborhood of the L1 collinear Lagrangian point of the system “Earth-Moon”. Winch-rope control systems (WRCS) are installed on the visible surface of the Moon and on the MLM. WRCS regulate the length of the cables to maintain a stable position of the SES by constantly shifting its center of gravity toward the Earth relative to the L1 point. Lower end of the SES reaches the stratosphere, where its docking with an aircraft from the Earth is provided for the transfer of shuttle loads. Ellipticity of the Moon's orbit allows one to deduce loads to heights of 50,000 km or more above the Earth. MLM is a developing space base for the prospects of developing the lunar-terrestrial space.

EFFECT: technical result consists in saving mass and energy resources in the realization of cargo flows from the Earth to space and back.
