Structure of the system additionally includes block-models of actualization of the properties of the environment affecting the controlled object, a block of data on the environment influencing the controlled object, intended for the collection and storage of quantitative characteristics characterizing the properties of the environment affecting the controlled object, block for the formation of scenarios for the development of the parameters of the change affecting the controlled environment.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the arsenal of means for the same purpose.
