FIELD: wireless communication technique; signaling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the communications area and is intended for signaling sending and receiving in the wireless local area network. This method comprises: the signaling formation by the access point (AP), wherein the signaling includes the AP identifier field (ID), bandwidth (BW) field, guard interval (GI) field, cyclic redundancy check (CRC) field and tail field (Tail), AP ID field is used to indicate the ID for the AP, the BW field is used to indicate the bandwidth required for data transmission after the signaling, GI is used to indicate the cyclic prefix (CP) length required for data transmission after signaling, CRC field is used to protect the field before the CRC field in the signaling and the Tail field is used to clear the encoder and decoder, wherein the CRC field and the Tail field are the last two signaling fields; and sending, by means of AP, the signaling.

EFFECT: provision of the OFDMA scheme based solution for common signaling in the wireless local area network (WLAN).
