FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. Centrifugal gas scrubber contains a housing, a branch pipe for the injection of dusty gas, a branch pipe for the outlet of purified gas, a spraying device and a mud collector. Spraying device is made in the form of at least three water collectors, on each of which fixed at least three vortex nozzles for spraying the walls of the housing and its central part. Every nozzle comprises case with swirling chamber and atomizer. Body is made in the form of a supply fitting with a central hole and rigidly connected to it and a coaxial cylindrical sleeve with an internal thread and an expansion chamber coaxial to the housing. Nozzle, which is in the form of an inverted cup, is connected to the sleeve by means of a thread at its lower part, in the bottom of which there is a turbulent swirler of the liquid flow with at least two inclusions to the nozzle axis in the form of cylindrical holes located in the end surface of the nozzle, where also a central cylindrical throttle opening is connected to the mixing chamber of the nozzle. Mixing chamber is connected in series with the diffuser outlet chamber. Diffuser is installed in the diffuser outlet chamber, the diffuser is made in the form of at least two spokes, each of which is fixed at one end to the outer surface of the diffuser outlet chamber, perpendicular to the surface forming it, and the other to the surface of the body of rotation or on the axis on which the body of rotation is installed, for example, in the form of a ball. Body of rotation axis coincides with outlet diffuser chamber axis. Body of rotation is located in the bottom part after section of the diffuser outlet chamber. Surface of the body of rotation, mounted on the axis with the possibility of rotation, is perforated. To the surface of the body of rotation, made in the form of a ball and mounted on the axis with the possibility of rotation, elements are installed that rotate it, for example, in the form of segments of helical blades. Screw grooves are provided on the inner surface of the central cylindrical throttle opening of the vortex nozzle disposed in the end surface of the nozzle for additional twisting of the liquid flow. In the body of rotation of the vortex nozzle, resonant recesses are made in the form of a cylindrical surface of different diameters and lengths, performing the functions of Helmholtz resonators, their dimensions are determined by the necessary pulsation frequency of the liquid flow to increase the fineness of the sprayed flame.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of dust collection process.
