FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vortex injector has a body with a swirl chamber and a nozzle, the body is made in form of supply union with a central hole, and a rigidly and coaxial connected cylindrical sleeve with an internal thread and an expansion chamber coaxial to the body. The nozzle is connected to the sleeve by means of thread coaxially to the body in its lower part. The nozzle is made in form of an inverted cup, in the bottom of which there is a turbulent swirler of the liquid flow with at least two inlets inclined to the axis of the nozzle, in the form of cylindrical holes located in the end surface of the nozzle, where there is also a central cylindrical throttling orifice connected to the mixing chamber of the nozzle, connected in series with the diffuser outlet chamber. Diffuser outlet chamber accommodates a splitter made in the form of at least three spokes, each of which is fixed by one end on the outer surface of the diffuser outlet chamber, perpendicular to the generatrix of its surface, and by the other end is fixed on the surface of rotation body, for example, a ball which axis coincides with axis of the diffuser outlet chamber. The rotation body itself is located in the lower part behind the cut of the diffuser outlet chamber, to the end surface of the cylindrical sleeve coaxial with the body, a diffuser is attached coaxially to the diffuser chamber, the cut surface of which lies in a plane below the surface of the rotation body of the splitter. The splitter is made in the form of two spokes, each of which is fixed by its one end on the outer surface of the diffuser outlet chamber, perpendicular to the generatrix of its surface, and on the axle by its other end, on which the rotation body is mounted for rotation, made in the form of a ball which center lies on the axis of the diffuser outlet chamber. The surface of the rotation body is made in form of ball mounted on axle for rotation, the surface is made perforated, to the surface of the rotation body made in the form of a ball mounted on an axle with the possibility of rotation, elements performing its rotation are made in the form of screw blade sections. Screw grooves are made on inner surface of central cylindrical throttle orifice located in end surface of the nozzle for further swirling of the liquid flow.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of spraying by increasing spray cone.
