SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cartridge intended for use in a steam preparation system, the cartridge including an inner container containing a reservoir of liquid for evaporation, and an outer body in which the mouthpiece is formed and which extends longitudinally along the outer portion of the inner container at least along a significant portion of the inner container, wherein the inner container and the outer body are provided with a snap mechanism for retaining the inner container in the outer casing, which comprises a mechanical connector for securing the cartridge to the control unit of the steam preparation system in the longitudinal direction.
EFFECT: technical result is to ensure that the cartridge can be held in the housing.
