FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to technologies for processing liquid products to ensure its long-term preservation without reducing their nutritional value and taste properties. In the method, the modular installation contains a source of infrared and ultraviolet radiation and nozzles for supply and discharge of liquid. Said installation is made in the form of identical modules, connected together by means of pipelines. Each module contains an external working cylinder, which has insulation with a reflective inner surface, and an internal working cylinder from quartz glass placed coaxially inside the outer working cylinder with the formation of an annular gap between them, not exceeding 2 mm. Said source of infrared or ultraviolet radiation is installed coaxially in the cavity of the inner working cylinder. One or several unified modules with a source of ultrasonic irradiation of the flowing liquid are arranged inside the structure of the installation. Further, the direction of the impact vector is the direction of the liquid flow. Above unified module with an ultrasonic irradiation source is made in the form of a separate standard pipeline block with branch pipes for inlet and outlet of liquid into which the ultrasonic oscillation source is built.

EFFECT: use of the invention will improve the quality of processing of liquid products.
