FIELD: agriculture, in particular, equipment for treatment of livestock and food wastes. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame extending along edge of discharge channel and provided with screening modules with curtains made from absorbing rubber and radiation system modules 5 connected one with another and with frame through sealing flanges. Discharge channel bottom is provided with steps for facilitating efficient mixing of wastes during flowing through active treatment zone. Discharge channel portion below frame is inclined to cause flowing of wastes by gravity. Radiation module has casing, two microwave generators 9, wave guide emitters attached by means of flanges. Screening and radiation modules mounted on frame define, together with discharge channel edges and bottom, wastes treatment channel. Wastes are exposed to microwave field during flowing through active zone of treatment channel. Construction of apparatus allows capacity of radiation system to be readily increased. EFFECT: increased efficiency in wastes treatment by uniform radiation of wastes, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 5 cl, 5 dwg
