SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to the compositions of iron-based alloys used for the manufacture of parts of thermal units, furnaces, metallurgical equipment. Said iron-based alloy includes, wt. %: manganese 3.4–3.6; chromium 3.0–3.5; molybdenum 0.5–0.9; vanadium 0.6–0.8; titanium 0.04–0.06; nickel 1.4–1.8; boron 0.1–0.14; yttrium 0.1–0.14; lanthanum 2.4–2.6; tungsten 16.5–18.0; rest is iron.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by high heat resistance.
