FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sulfur compounds and olefins containing gasoline processing method, wherein the method comprises comprising at least the following steps: a) reacting, at least in one reactor, of gasoline, hydrogen and hydrodesulfurization catalyst at temperature from 270 to 400 °C, pressure from 0.5 to 5 MPa, volume velocity of 0.5 to 20 h-1 and expressed in normal m3 per hour the hydrogen consumption ratio, to the expressed in m3 per hour under standard conditions the processed raw materials consumption, from 50 Nm3/m3 up to 1000 Nm3/m3 for at least a portion of the sulfur compounds conversion into H2S; b) stage of the formed H2S removal, present in the withdrawn from stage a) stream, by the gasoline and hydrogen mixture cooling, hydrogen separation, enriched with hydrogen sulfide, from the liquid gasoline and gasoline stripping by the hydrogen stream introduction to remove the dissolved in gasoline hydrogen sulfide residual traces; c) withdrawn from stage b) H2S depleted stream reacting in reactor with the catalyst comprising at least one sulfide of at least one transition metal, selected from the group VIB metal, group VIII metal and copper, separately or in the deposited on porous support mixture, in order to carry out the mercaptans with benzene olefins reaction with the thioether-type sulfur compounds formation, wherein the c) stage is carried out at a temperature from 30 °C to 250 °C, liquid volume velocity from 0.5 to 10 h-1, pressure of 0.4 to 5 MPa and the H2/raw materials ratio from 0 to 10 Nm3 of hydrogen per m3 of raw materials with the gasoline production at the stage c) output, with fewer mercaptans amount than their amount in the taken from stage b) stream.
EFFECT: process allows to achieve a very small amount of mercaptans in the final desulfurized gasoline under much less stringent operating conditions.
