FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cables for electronic devices. Cable (1) comprises an optical fibre cable, two electrical cables provided so as to sandwich the optical fibre cable, and plugs positioned at both ends, each of the plugs comprising an electrical contact portion connected to each of the electrical cables, wherein the diameter of the cross-section of the coating of each of said at least two electrical cables is greater than the thickness of the coating of said at least one optical fibre cable, the plug comprises a positioning portion for connecting to a socket outlet, and when the plug is connected to the socket outlet, the electrical contact portion moves into the positioning portion.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a safe, cheap and compact cable that allows to obtain an optical interface.
