FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mechanical vibrations creating devices and can be used in industry, in transport and in everyday life in the ultrasonic welding and washing installations, echolocation, and also in piezoelectric encoders. Device comprises rigid bushings (1), (2), at least one axial piezo package (3), wherein the piezo package (3) imaginary axis (6) coincides with the direction of the mechanical oscillations. Piezo package (3) is limited by rigid bushings (1), (2), at that, the initial rigid bushing (1) and the final rigid bushing (2) are connected by means (7), ensuring their attraction to each other in the direction of the piezo package (3) imaginary axis (6). In the rigid bushings (1), (2) and in the piezo package (3), a common internal channel (8) is made. Also, in the rigid bushings (1), (2) at least two connecting passages (9), (10) are made, communicating the inner channel (8) with the outer space. In each rigid bushings connecting passage (9), (10) one valve is disposed. At that, at least one valve is an inlet valve (11), at least one valve is an outlet valve (12). Task, at solving of which the invention is aimed, consists in the device design simplification.
EFFECT: achieved in the invention implementation positive effect consists in reduction of the device weight and volume.
