FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric machines using a piezoelectric effect and can be used in everyday life, in transport and in industry to drive various mechanisms and pumps, including when operating wells in the oil industry. Piezoelectric stepper motor comprises a housing, runner located in the body and consisting of a series-connected rear spacer piezoelectric slider, a piezoelectric actuator and a forward spacer piezoelectric slider. Body is filled with liquid. Rear spacer includes a rear piezo actuator. Piezoelectric actuator is movable relative to the body in the direction of changing its length. Front spreader includes a front piezo actuator. Engine contains a coolant suction pump from the inside of the body. In the rear, chassis and front piezo actuators, internal channels and three connecting passages are made connecting the pump output to the internal channels of the respective piezo actuators. There are also three connecting passages connecting the internal channels of the respective piezo-actuators and the internal cavity of the housing.
EFFECT: decrease in the probability of repair due to the loss of piezoelectric by their piezoelectric properties due to their overheating.
