FIELD: pipeline accessories.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to shut-off valve devices and is intended for opening and closing the fluid flow in the pipeline. It can be used in industrial pipeline transport systems. The device contains a valve body and a locking element with a rod. The linear actuator housing is fixed on the valve body. The connecting part of the rod is fixed at the outer end of the rod, and the connecting part of the pusher of the actuator is fixed at the outer end of the pusher. The valve is equipped with a means to ensure the possibility of fastening the connecting parts of the pusher and the rod together. A recess is made in the connecting part of the rod along the axis of the rod. The recess provides the possibility of axial movement of the rod between its extreme positions with the connecting parts of the pusher and the rod detached from each other, as well as the possibility of axial movement of the pusher between its extreme positions with the connecting parts detached from each other. The connecting part of the rod is equipped with a toothed bar. A short shaft with a gear with a means for its rotation is fixed on the valve.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the valve with a linear actuator.
