FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: use: to measure the mass flow rate of gas, the absolute humidity of the gas, and control the gas composition by determining the average molar mass of the gas mixture or the molar mass of a single-component gas. Device contains a single-housing measuring unit with sensors located in it and an electronic signal processing unit. Measuring unit contains an absolute gas pressure sensor of a membrane type, a sorption-capacitive gas humidity sensor, fork-based gas density sensors, temperature sensors and an element for measuring gas flow by the differential pressure in the form of a gas channel with a variable cross-section of the Venturi tube type. Sensor signal electronic processing unit contains circuits for generating and amplifying the primary signals of the sensors, circuits of secondary normalization of signals of pressure, humidity sensors and circuits for calculating the values of the molar mass of gas, mass flow rate of gas with compensation of compression error and digital indicators of measured values.

EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of simultaneous measurement of the direct mass flow of gas with compensation of the compression error, determination of molar mass and its absolute humidity, expansion of functionality and accuracy of gas flow measurement.
